– EXECUTIVE SESSION G.L. c. 30A, sec. 21(a)(1) and (2) – to hear complaints or charges against a public officer, employee or staff member; and to conduct contract negotiations with non-union personnel, i.e. to hear a grievance filed by the Town Manager pursuant to his employment agreement.
