BERKSHIRE WIND POWER COOPERATIVE CORPORATION MEMBERSHIP MEETING and  BERKSHIRE WIND POWER COOPERATIVE CORPORATION BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING
A joint meeting of the Membership and the Board of Directors ("Board") of the Berkshire Wind Power Cooperative Corporation, a municipal lighting plant cooperative and public corporation under the provisions of G.L. c. 157 and G.L.
c. 164 §47(c), is scheduled to commence at 10:00 AM on Thursday, November 29, 2018, at the Richard D Carney Municipal Office Building, 100 Maple Street, Shrewsbury, MA.
