1.0        APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS*

  1.1.     6:30 p.m. – RDA, 40 Redskin Trail, for the installation of a new gallery type leaching facility (Richard & Deborah June).

  1.2.     6:45 p.m. – RDA, 16 Ridgewood Ave, for the removal of trees that pose a hazard to the existing house (Patricia Duke and Jane Danielson).

  1.3.     6:55 p.m. – NOI, Squannacook Rail Trail, for the construction of a recreational trail along the MBTA rail corridor between the Townsend – Groton line and the  Bertozzi Conservation Area, MassDEP# (not yet received).

  1.4.     7:15 p.m. – Discussion, Land Management – use of conservation areas for large groups.
