2. Approval of anticipated filing fees for change in Trust membership. Vote may be taken.

3. Boynton Meadows -- review progress of the project, including Mount Laurel's proposed modification of its special permit to allow build out of basement of the mixed use building. Vote may be taken.

4. Affordable housing update -- affordable properties sold, upcoming lottery marketing for new units.
