1) Visitor Mike Roberts (Groton Historical Society, Groton Historical Commission, Groton Sustainability Commission) to discuss collaboration on developing historical information on trails and conservation parcels.
2) Maintenance Reports: Town Forest, Rich Tree Farm
a) LA Community Service Day – April 15th
3) Status of MOAs with DCR, NEFF, GCT, GTFC
4) Sign subcommittee (8:15); visitor Jon Strauss
a) Kiosks, maps, and info
b) Directional signs on trails
5) Visitor Juan Rivera (United Way of N. Central MA)(8:30) to discuss trail volunteer work in association with “Dash for a Difference”

a) Database spreadsheet (and need for additional information)
b) Website navigation and “look” (hybrid vs. terrain, colors of trails, number and size of placemarks, etc.)
c) GPS mapping progress (trails, sidewalks)
