Approval of the minutes of the meeting held on February 21, 2012
FY 2013 Budget & Warrant Discussion:
General Review of the Warrant, if available, for specific discussion of individual warrant articles at a later date
General Review of FY 2013 Line Item and Capital Budgets, for the purpose of setting a schedule for discussion of individual budgets at a later date.
Specific Discussions will include, but may not be limited to, review of budgets for the Information Technology and Police Department budgets and Community Preservation/Conservation Commission application for deposit to Conservation fund. Votes may be taken.
Future Meeting Schedule and content
Executive Session called under Open Meeting Exemption #3:
 To discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining negotiation if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining position of the public body and the Chair so declares. 
The Committee will not return to open session at the close of the Executive Session.


The listing of topics that the Chair reasonably anticipates will be discussed at the meeting is not intended as a guarantee of topics that will have been discussed. Not all topics listed may in be discussed, and other topics not listed may also be brought up for discussion to the extent permitted by law.
