1. Call the meeting to order.
2. Select a member to act as chairperson for this meeting
3. Select a member to act as secretary for this meeting
4. Committee Membership Status Update (submitted by John G.)
5. Park Ranger application update
6. Procedure for assignment of seasonal canoe/kayak slots at beach
7. Establish a single point of contact between SBC and Conservation Administrator
8. Review revised To Do list for opening and operating the beach during the 2018 summer season
9. Discuss Lifeguard Contract
10. Review Lifeguard coverage dates and hours for 2018 Summer season spreadsheet
11. Updates/discussion on the Kiosk
12. Discuss the annual spring cleanup day: penciled in for April 7^th, 2018.
13. Consider changing the K-9 Leash posting on SB property to Town of Groton K-9 Control by-law and post said in parking lot kiosk (submitted by L. Moore)
14. Kiosk Postings: GLA Fund Drive Letter, Lost Lake & Knops Pond color brochure, Town of Groton by-law for picking up and disposing of K-9 Solid Waste (submitted by L. Moore)
15. Question: Does one need permission from SBC or another entity to hold an organized gathering at SB (submitted by L. Moore)
16. Organize Volunteers [Seniors from the Senior Center, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts] to hand out Lost Lake & Knops Pond color brochures and GLA Fund Drive letters to all visitors (submitted by L. Moore)
17. Shed maintenance on day of SB cleanup: empty shed, place moth balls around inner perimeter to deter mice, clean roof with a fungicide, stain over graffiti (submitted by L. Moore)
18. Consider changing SBC meeting night from Wednesday to another week night (submitted by L. Moore)
19. Establish next meeting date, time and place
20. Adjourn
