1. Review draft regular session minutes from January 25, 2018. Votes may be taken.
2. 6:40 pm. Executive Session – pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30A, Sec. 21(3) to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the public body and the chair so declares. Roll call vote to be taken.
3. Discuss any new affordable housing projects that the housing trust would like to sponsor or support.
4. Status update on current Groton affordable housing projects.
