1. Call the meeting to order.

4. Committee Membership Status Update (submitted by John G.)
5. Introduce Nikolis (Nik) Gualco, new Conservation Administrator (Submitted by John G.)
6. Update on FY18 and FY29 budget status (submitted by Nik G.)
7. Nail down Lifeguard coverage dates and hours for 2018 Summer season (submitted by John G.)
8. Discussion of Park Ranger hours and length of season (submitted by Nik G.)
9. Discussion of management responsibilities for the Park Ranger (submitted by John G.)
10. Establish procedure for assignment of seasonal canoe/kayak slots at beach (submitted by John G.)
11. Establish a single point of contact between SBC and Conservation Administrator (John G.)
12. Review initial To Do list for opening and operating the beach during the 2018 summer season (submitted John G.)
13. Review and update as necessary the following documents:
a. Regulations for Sargisson and Priest Conversation Areas
b. Sargisson Beach – Beach and Shoreline Regulations

14. Review duties of Lifeguards. Add additional duties to include daily litter cleanup on beach front, paths leading down to beach front, fishing areas, area around shed, entrance and parking area, etc. (submitted by L. Moore)
15. Review two [2] Complaints submitted to the Land Use Departments Policy and Procedure dated 08/08/2017 and 08/24/2017. (submitted by L. Moore)
16. Review duties of SBC Ranger. Add additional duties to cover items within above-said complaints filed. (submitted by L. Moore)
17. Update Town of Groton, Department Membership Management, Sargisson Beach Committee “Submit Current Member Change” section of said Town document. (submitted by L. Moore)
18. Review what is currently allowed to be posted in both Sargisson Beach [SB] kiosks: parking lot kiosk, beach front kiosk. Amend current restrictions to permit additional information to be posted for Groton Lakes Association [GLA], Groton Non-Profit community information, etc. (submitted by L. Moore)
19. Organize with Kathy Shelp at The Groton Senior Center to recruit Senior Volunteers to help inform the visiting public about what is needed [monetary, litter collection, beginning/ending of the season cleanup, launching and winter placement of piers, lifeguard towers, etc.] to maintain SB, the GLA, etc. (submitted by L. 20. Design and hang a banner on Main Street to “advertise” SB resource to its Groton residences to help encourage greater involvement with said property. (submitted by L. Moore)
21. SBC & GLA work together to support the continual care, upkeep and maintenance of the amazing body-of-water resource that we share. (submitted by L. Moore)
22. Key holders to Kiosks: currently Andrew Davis and Lynda Moore each have a set of keys. (submitted by L. Moore)
23. Allow access to shed for SBC members. (submitted by L. Moore)
24. How and where to dispose of daily rubbish collected by volunteers. (submitted by L. Moore)
25. Review of boat rack usage at beach front. (submitted by L. Moore)
26. Daily entrance gate closed and locked at Sunset to deter the misuse of property at night (submitted by L. Moore)
27. When and how does the Groton Police Department patrol SB. (submitted by L. Moore)
