BERKSHIRE WIND POWER COOPERATIVE CORPORATION MEMBERSHIP MEETING
A meeting of the Members of the Berkshire Wind Power Cooperative Corporation, a municipal light plant cooperative and public corporation under the provisions of G.L. c. 157 and G.L. c. 164 §47(c), is scheduled to begin at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, November 29, 2017, at the Richard D Carney Municipal Office Building, 100 Maple Street, Shrewsbury, MA.
The following call-in information may be used for remote participation in the event a Member is unable to be present physically due to illness or emergency and provided that a quorum of the Members and the Chairman are physically present at the meeting location.
