3. Discuss Christine Hanson Memorial Playground maintenance suggestions with resident Andrew Davis. Votes may be taken.
4. Hear wrap up presentation by Eagle Scout candidate Kyle Zimmer. Votes may be taken.
5. Finish planning for Groton School’s fall community service project. Votes may be taken.
6. Review draft minutes from July 11, 2017. Votes may be taken.
7. Review contractor estimates for removing dead pine tree from the Old Burying Ground. Votes may be taken.
8. Update on the August 19, 2017 youth cricket camp at Town Field. Votes may be taken.
9. Update on capital improvements including:
Town Field dugouts support posts
Town Field basketball court lighting timer
Basketball courts’ extra rims and nets
Hazel Grove track maintenance
Purchase of aerator
Purchase of infield groomer
Purchase of two or more atrial defibrillators
Christine Hanson Memorial Playground replacement fencing (granite post and wood rail)
Town Field stone wall masonry estimates
Repair/replacement of Sussana Kemp Parkar headstone.

10. Consider policies for future issuance of field use permits including requirements for permit holders, fees, organizational structure of applicants (Groton’s public school district, individual, nonprofit, for profit), etc. with proposed policies to be reviewed by Town Counsel. Votes may be taken.
