1) 7pm -Staffing within the BOA office – Assistant Assessor and/or clerk discussions
2) 7:05pm-Excise abatement/RE exemption signatures
3) 7:10pm-General Business of the appraisers office for FY2018(including, but not limited to)-handouts(similar to Wayland/Concord); cyclical inspections, Define grade and condition to make more uniform; plot price/sq.ft. vs grade to begin analysis; cost tables; FY2018 value discussion(goals and objectives)
