Agenda
1. 7 pm. Discuss potential friendly 40B comprehensive permit project for 372 Townsend Road and expected Trust participation in June 13, 2017 joint meeting with developer, Groton Housing Authority and Housing Partnership. Votes may be taken.
2. Review draft regular session minutes from April 6, 2017 and May 15, 2017. Votes may be taken.
3. 7:15 pm. Executive Session – pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30A, Sec. 21(3) to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the public body and the chair so declares; and M.G.L. c. 30A, Sec. 21(6) to consider the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real estate, if the chair declares that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the public body. Roll call vote may be taken.
