1. Review pending field use permits. Votes may be taken.
2. Review pending invoices. Votes may be taken.
3. Review draft minutes from March 7, 2017, March 20, 2017, April 4, 2017 and April 13, 2017. Votes may be taken.
4. Discuss Groton School students’ Saturday May 20, 2017 planned volunteer effort at Park Commission properties and related supply purchases. Votes may be taken.
5. Update on preparation of the baseball infields at Town Field and Cow Pond. Votes may be taken.
6. Review Cow Pond wetlands delineation, topographic survey and plotting. Votes may be taken.
7. Discuss progress on capital improvement projects such as Town Field dugouts, Exhibition Hall demolition, Town Field tree work, Cutler basketball court’s electric, purchase of aerator, Town Field stone wall masonry estimates, Woitowicz shed repair and Cutler shed repair. Votes may be taken.
8. For Town Field and Cutler basketball courts, consider hoop height adjustment policy, purchase of pads and any other needed expenditures. Votes may be taken.
9. Consider policies for future issuance of field use permits. Votes may be taken.
10. Discuss policy of allowing Chair to grant or adjust field use permits outside of an open meeting. Votes may be taken.
