1. Review pending field use permits. Votes may be taken.
2. Review pending invoices. Votes may be taken.
3. Consider written estimates to fertilize ball fields. Votes may be taken.
4. Discuss cricket pitch installation at Cutler Field with cricket use group representatives and contactor. Votes may be taken.
5. Discuss preparation of baseball infields including purchase of material and approving a contractor to do the work. Votes may be taken.
6. Update on the Hazel Grove Agricultural Association work to demolish the Exhibition Hall. Votes may be taken.
7. Plan the removal of the ice rink at Town Field. Votes may be taken.
8. Discuss needed carpentry work to repair to Woitowicz shed and building dugouts for Town Field large baseball diamond. Votes may be taken.
9. Update on Town Field fencing request to the Historic District Commission. Votes may be taken.
10. Discuss field opening date and timing of delivery of trash receptacles and portable restrooms. Votes may be taken.
