1. Review draft minutes from January 3, 2017. Votes may be taken.
2. Review pending invoices. Votes may be taken.
3. Review pending field use permits. Votes may be taken.
4. Consider new information regarding costs and phasing of the Cow Pond safety improvements and walking track project and revise CPC application accordingly. Votes may be taken.
5. Discuss fencing at Town Field. Votes may be taken.
6. Review other capital improvements that can be accomplished with present funds such as improved lighting for the Cutler Field basketball court. Votes may be taken.
7. Update on Hazel Grove projects including Exhibition Hall demolition and determining parcel border alongside the track. Votes may be taken.

9. Discuss Groton Dunstable Youth Baseball group’s proposed locations at Cow Pond for siting batting cages and sheds. Votes may be taken.
