1. Review preparations for public hearings
Charter Review Schedule and Administration
1. Review and update schedule
2. Review list of public documentation required for hearings and Town Meeting
3. Review Collins research on ballot requirement
4. Determine if we need or wish to have a ballot question
5. Formally inform selectmen that we would like a question on the ballot
6. Review Collins research on ballot question wording
7. Review Collins research on General Court petition and insert appropriate dates
8. Discuss participation of Committee members at Town Meeting
9. Determine proper response to allow cleanup if Charter is amended at Town Meeting
10. Update and review list of open action items to complete review process
