1. Provide a brief overview of the Charter Review process and status
2. Present recommended Charter changes made since the Jan 25, 2017 public hearings
3. Accept questions and comments from the public on changes made since the Jan 25, 2017 public hearings
4. If time allows, accept questions and comments from the public on any and all changes recommended by the Charter Review Committee
Note: The primary purpose of these hearings is to answer questions and solicit comments from the public concerning Charter changes recommended by the Charter Review Committee since the public hearings on Jan 25, 2017. Copies of the Charter with all proposed changes will be available on the Town of Groton website no later than Mar 3, 2017. The public is encouraged to review the changes prior to the hearings so as to be able to refer to Charter section numbers and/or line numbers where possible.
