1. Review draft minutes from January 25, 2017. Votes may be taken.
2. Review pending invoices. Votes may be taken.
3. Review pending field use permits. Votes may be taken.
4. Update on Cow Pond activities including baseball sheds and survey work.
5. Decide details for granite post and rail fencing at Town Field in order to have specific proposal to share with the Historic Districts Commission. Votes may be taken.
6. Update on status of Groton Dunstable Youth Baseball League donation and lighting improvements at Cutler Field basketball court. Votes may be taken.
7. Update on Hazel Grove activities including Exhibition Hall demolition and determining parcel border alongside the track. Votes may be taken.
8. Consider Board of Selectmen request that Park Commission take on the responsibility of overseeing the Memorial Day Parade and the Veteran’s Day Ceremony. Votes may be taken.
