1. Discuss prohibition of Town Employees from holding office of Selectman
2. Review McCoy recommendation and discuss response from Town Counsel on question regarding limiting BOS responsibilities.
3. Review proposed wording change to add “vote of Town Meeting” to the list in section 1.9.1.
4. Review Collins wording for fee waivers
5. Review Collins language to implement the Committee’s decision to modify the Town Bulletin Board changes in Section 1.9.13
6. Review Collins discussion with Town Clerk to clarify concern over making the Town Clerk custodian of all public records
7. Review Collins proposal to ensure that Treasurer/Collector, Town Accountant and Principal Assistant Assessor appointments are ratified by the BOS [5.3.6, 5.3.7]
8. Discuss impact, if any, of Collins research on whether the number of elected Assessors is codified in law
9. Discuss Collins new wording for appointing/selecting FinCom alternates (see wording from 1/5/17 minutes)
10. Review Collins wording for transitional Article to cover change in title for Principal Assistant Assessor.
