2. Review draft minutes from June 6, 2016 and July 18, 2016. Votes may be taken.
3. Review pending invoices. Votes may be taken.
4. Review pending field use permits. Votes may be taken.
5. Hear presentation from Paul Funch of the Groton Trails Committee regarding construction of a small park at the entrance to Fitch’s Bridge. Votes may be taken.
6. Update from Robert Pine on designed improvements to Cow Pond parking area adjacent to Cow Pond Brook Road. Votes may be taken.
7. Update on Cutler Field playground installation. Votes may be taken.
8. Hear presentation from Laurie Smigelski regarding planned improvements to Hazel Grove Park by the Hazel Grove Agricultural Association. Votes may be taken.
9. Update on the September 27, 2016 Groton School workday for volunteers to improve Park Commission properties. Votes may be taken.
10. Consider Town Field basketball court request by neighbor regarding lights and signage. Votes may be taken.
11. Together with affected use groups, evaluate options for irrigation at Cow Pond field based on new information that the shallow well ran dry on July 25, 2016. Votes may be taken.
