1. The Valentine special permit renewal to alter a non-conforming structure will convene at 7:00 PM. A vote may be taken.
2. Board re-organization will convene at 7:15 PM. A vote may be taken.
3. Open Session for topics not reasonably anticipated 48 hours in advance of meeting.
