BERKSHIRE WIND POWER COOPERATIVE CORPORATION BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING
A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Berkshire Wind Power Cooperative Corporation, a municipal lighting
plant cooperative and public corporation under the provisions of G.L. c. 157 and G.L. c. 164 §47(c), is scheduled to
begin at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, May 25, 2016, at the Wakefield Municipal Gas & Light Department, 480
North Avenue, Wakefield, MA 01880.
The following call-in information may be used for remote participation in the event a member of the Board of
Directors is unable to be present physically due to illness or emergency and provided that the Chairman and a
quorum are physically present at the meeting location.
