1. Review the April 20, 2016 joint meeting with Board of Selectmen as well as the Committee’s April 25, 2016 presentation at Spring Town Meeting.
2. Discuss draft Charge for the future Prescott Community Center Committee. Votes may be taken.
3. Discuss list of possible ‘to do’ items for the future Prescott Community Center Committee as requested
by the Board of Selectmen. Votes may be taken.
4. Discuss retained value of proposed Phase I renovations. Votes may be taken.
5. Open discussion of items not anticipated 48 hours prior to meeting.
6. Set dates for next meetings.
