1) Project update by Greg Sheldon regarding joint session with the Board of Selectmen, GDRSD 10 year facilities plan, UMass Lowell grant writing student and February 6, 2016 Friends of Prescott panel on local community initiatives.
2) Review and discuss the Bolton and DiMartino Chapter 34 structural analysis report. Votes may be taken.
3) Discuss outline for scope of work for 5 year development plan. Votes may be taken.
4) Discuss outline for drafting final plan. Votes may be taken.
5) Open discussion on topics not anticipated 48 hours prior to meeting
