1. The Busser variance from setback, acreage and frontage will convene at 7:00 PM. A vote may be taken.

2. The Corbett variance from acreage and frontage will convene at 7:15 PM. A vote may be taken.

3. The Scalley/Black Special Permit to allow the alteration of a non-conforming structure/lot will re-convene at 7:00 PM. A vote may be taken.


4. Open Session for topics not reasonably anticipated 48 hours in advance of meeting.

4. Discussion regarding co-sponsoring the amendment of Groton Zoning Bylaw ยง218-6.E Non-Use of Existing Non-Conforming Structures with the Planning Board for Spring Town Meeting. A vote may be taken.
