7:35P Farmers Row campus: Groton School-Gardner House: PUBLIC HEARING cont’d to consider an application for a Certificate of Appropriateness for the demolition of the Gardner House situated behind Hundred House on the Groton School campus (Assessors Map 219-Parcel 9), Attorney Robert Collins presenting, votes may be taken.

7:55P Farmers Row campus: Groton School-Hundred House: application for Certificate of Appropriateness for installation of access ramp & screened porch to the rear of the building, Attorney Robert Collins presenting, votes may be taken.

8:05P 230 MAIN STREET – Groton Cleaners: complaint about ‘no dumping’ signage, votes may be taken.

8:15P 1 POWDERHOUSE ROAD – First Parish Church: application(s) for 2 signs: CPA & MHA (as required by the grant(s) acceptance conditions);
also, a request to set a dumpster on site re: the previously approved construction maintenance work (via grants); votes may be taken.
