7:35P Farmers Row campus: Groton School-Gardner House: PUBLIC HEARING cont’d to consider an application for a Certificate of Appropriateness for the demolition of the Gardner House situated behind Hundred House on the Groton School campus (Assessors Map 219-Parcel 9, Attorney Robert Collins presenting, votes may be taken.

8:00P Historic Districts 1 & 2: cont’d informal discussion requested by the Historic Commission regarding placing the districts on the National Register, votes may be taken.

8:10P 99 Main Street: TOG-Library: application for a Certificate of Appropriateness for a drive-up book return box / area in the library parking lot; Library Trustee presenting, votes may be taken.

8:20P 99 Main Street: TOG-Library: application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to repair a retaining wall along the side of the library building, Library Trustee presenting, votes may be taken.

8:30P Main Street-Rt.119: Lawrence Academy-new entrance: application for a Certificate of Appropriateness for a new curb cut, fieldstone retaining walls with signage, a granite post/wood rail fence & new post style lanterns for the proposed new main campus entrance; Linda Deasy present, votes may be taken.

8:45P Main Street-Powderhouse Rd: Lawrence Academy-Lawrence House Dormitory: application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to reconfigure the existing sloped shed roof garage addition at the rear of the structure to a new sloped hip-roof to harmonize with the original house; a continuance of the hip-roof addition at the East side of the house; 2 new attic dormers to be added to the North & South side of the existing house: the project will reflect the existing massing, scale, character & details of the original structure, Linda Deasy present, votes may be taken.
