1. Review draft minutes from October 20, 2015. Votes may be taken.
2. Review pending invoices. Votes may be taken.
3. Review pending field use permits. Votes may be taken.
4. Discuss renewal of lease for Hazel Grove Park (Groton Fairgrounds). Votes may be taken.
5. Decide whether to demolish existing Cutler playground. Votes may be taken.
6. Discuss direction that the Park Commission will take with the Cutler playground with options ranging from moving and installing used playground equipment, to installation of new playground equipment this fall, and even a warrant article revision for authorizing funds to install new playground equipment at Cutler Field rather than re-use of old playground equipment. Votes may be taken.
7. Update on Town Field and Cutler Field basketball courts. Votes may be taken.
8. Discuss investment in lighting at Cow Pond. Votes may be taken.
9. Review any submitted estimates for core aeration of Cow Pond ball field and select vendor to provide the service. Votes may be taken.
10. Continue discussion of signage on Park Commission properties including no dogs signage posted by youth soccer. Votes may be taken.
