1) Review draft minutes from October 15, 2015 meeting. Votes may be taken.
2) Project update from Chair including update on Fall Town Meeting vote on funding request
and sharing link to video: https://vimeo.com/142659411 .
3) Update by Halsey Platt on Architect Joel Bargmann’s work to prepare an Existing Building Code Analysis.
Votes may be taken.
4) Review submitted committee interest forms and consider recommending
candidate to fill vacancy on this Committee. Votes may be taken.
5) Review and discuss two documents – the Draft Vision, Findings and Recommendations and
the Outline of Project Issues and Questions. Votes may be taken.
6) Review and discuss draft Quarterly Report to Board of Selectmen. Votes may be taken.
7) Set meeting schedule for November and December. Votes may be taken.
8) Open Session – topics not anticipated 48 hours prior to meeting
