1. Review draft minutes from September 29, 2014. Votes may be taken.
2. Review invoices. Votes may be taken.
3. Review pending field use permits including use of Cow Pond for one week soccer camp run by Challenger Sports from 8/17/2015 to 8/21/2015. Votes may be taken.
4. Review status of ice skating rinks for this season including need for purchase of boards and liners for two rinks. Votes may be taken.
5. Engage in project planning including status of basketball court at Town Field, walking track at Cow Pond, and overall lighting plan for Cow Pond. Votes may be taken.
6. Discuss needed repairs to playground at Cutler Field including discussion with Dawn Priest regarding her independent fundraising for the refurbishment of this playground. Votes may be taken.
7. Discuss progress on fundraising and planning replacement of the Smith Social Pavilion. Votes may be taken.
8. Review and plan spending for capital improvements that can be funded through presently available Park Commission funds. Votes may be taken.
9. Revisit Park Commission practices and procedures in light of open meeting law training. Votes may be taken.
10. Discuss meeting schedule, specifically a plan to set aside first and third Mondays evenings of the month for Park Commission meetings. Park Commissioners would meet at least once per month, but on busy months, the second meeting could be held on the third Monday of the month. Votes may be taken.
