Agenda
1. Review and approve meeting minutes for August 4th. Votes may be taken.
2. Review and approve meeting minutes for August 18th. Votes may be taken.
3. Share the list of committee objectives, inferred from the Selectmen’s charge and obtained from other sources. . Votes may be taken.
4. Select the objectives the committee wants to peruse. Votes may be taken.
5. Group the selected objectives into a few related categories (maybe five or six). Votes may be taken.
6. Identify small (2-3 committee members) teams to be responsible for fulfilling the objectives within the category assigned to them and sharing formation about their efforts and accomplishments with all committee members in our regular open to the public meetings. Votes may be taken.
7. Discuss what message or messages the committee would like communicated to the Board of Selectmen, perhaps as soon as the September 8th Board of Selectmen’s meeting. Votes may be taken.
