7:00P 128 Main Street: Public hearing: Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness for construction of the Groton Inn and seven accessory buildings. In addition to the eight buildings (totaling 55,000 sq. ft.) there will be landscaping changes incorporating both soft-scape and hard-scape, as well as new lighting, at 128 Main Street (Assessors Map 113-Parcel 10), Groton, Massachusetts. 128 Main Street LLC presenting; votes may be taken.
