1. Review minutes. Votes may be taken.
2. Review pending invoices. Votes may be taken.
3. Review pending field use permits. Votes may be taken.
4. Revisit status of Ledge Rock Community Preservation Committee (CPC) application and other CPC matters.
5. Review current projects including replacement flagpole, Cutler Field parking lot, Town Field shed roof repair, Christine Hanson Memorial Playground repairs. Votes may be taken.
6. Review Fiscal Year 2014 budget expenditures. Votes may be taken.
7. Plan for storage of donated playground structures if Prescott School property is sold. Votes may be taken.
8. Review lease agreement proposed by Hazel Grove Agricultural Association for operation and management of the Groton Fairgrounds. Votes may be taken.
9. Review Park Commission level of support for July 4 fireworks display. Votes may be taken.
