Executive Session pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30A, Section 21(a), Purpose 3, to discuss strategy with respect to litigation because the Chair finds that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the litigation position of the Board, TowerCom C-PRV, LLC v. Town of Groton, No. 1:26-CV-14281-JEK (D. Mass).
