 The regular meeting of the Lowell Regional Transit Authority Advisory Board will be held on Thursday, September 24, 2026 at 1:00 P.M.  Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023, this meeting will be held in a hybrid fashion, allowing for in-person attendance as well as remote participation.  Members of the public are welcome to attend in person at
