AGENDA

  1. Review draft minutes from March 23, 2026.
  2. Discuss possible development plans for the former Ralph Smith land on Common Street.
  3. Continue discussion on Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs).
  4. Housing Coordinator update including possible application for a Housing Choice designation.
  5. Review recent state efforts to increase housing and consider the feasibility of making additional local changes.

Votes may be taken for any of the above listed items.  Roll call votes required for virtual meetings and executive sessions.
