Weed Harvester Committee Responsibilities
- Maintain Town NOI ( expires June 16, 2025)
- Maintain NHESP approval (expires June 21, 2026)
- Ensure Harvester is prepped and well maintained, Spring, Summer and Winter
- Verify funding for coming fiscal year
Town ($7,000 Maintenance + $15,000 operations)
Water Department ($10,000)
- In charge of Summer operations (Harvester Operator, Dump Truck, Truck Driver/Shore support)
Actions:
Jim - Check with town about senior program for tax reduction
Jim – could town rent truck
Jim – Contact Dump truck and driver (Matt?)
