  New Business:

• Lucia Franceschi as candidate for WBC member
  • Town Council’s approved.

 

• Colonial Days 3rd grade field trip – May 27^th & 28^th

 

• Market season internship
  • By unanimous vote, Bob was given authority to proceed with producing the job description, distributing it and starting the interview process.

 

• Planning for Farmers Market - getting more vendors, table fee reduction, incentives
  • Portable toilet rental and placement
  • Bruce is working with the Town Manager with regard to the cost of using the Town Insurance to cover the vendors at the Farmers Market.
  • AI: Matt to make the sign up sheet for this season.

 

• Groton Dunstable Living Magazine– Valerie vpartene@bestverisonmedia.com
  • By unanimous vote, Matt was authorized to request adding the Farms Market to the Groton Dunstable Living Magazine calander.
  • Also to investigate advertising in the Magazine and the Groton Herald.
