  6. Open FY25 funded CPC project updates:
    1. Historical mile marker project (Richard Nason).
  7. Open FY26 funded CPC project updates:
    1. Bancroft Castle project (Aubrey Theall).
  8. Digital storage, accessioning procedure (placeholder).
  9. Metal detector bylaw (Gus Widmayer).
  10. Formal procedure for handling demo permit applications (Aubrey Theall).
