In accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40C, the Groton Historic Districts Commission (GHDC) will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, March 25, 2014, at 7:00 p.m. at Town Hall, 173 Main Street, Groton, to consider revisions to the Town of Groton By-Law, Chapter 153 to be considered at the Spring Town meeting to be held on Monday, April 28, 2014 and also to the Rules and Regulations. Copies of the proposed revisions are on file in the Town Clerk’s office in Town Hall.

8:00P 42 Powderhouse Road (in the vicinity of): Public hearing closed at Feb. 25, 2014 meeting; discussion / vote continued to March meeting: Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness for the rehabilitation of and an addition to the garage which formerly served the home as shown on the plans drawn by Lincoln Architects, LLC., dated December 12, 2013 on the Lawrence Academy campus (Assessors Map 116-Parcel 12).
