AGENDA

1. Review draft minutes from February 19, 2026.

 

2. Update on newly completed Housing Production Plan.

 

3. Update on Sandy Pond Road affordables where the Groton Housing Authority has ordered a Capital Needs Assessment which should include a prioritized list of identified capital needs.

 

4. Discuss Annual Town Meeting warrant article requesting $100,000 in CPC funding (Article 8, Proposal E) which has unanimous support from the CPC and the Finance Committee and majority support from the Select Board.

 

5. 7:30 pm. Executive Session #1. Pursuant to G.L. Chapter 30A, §21(a), Clause 6 – “To consider the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property if the chair declares that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the public body.” – PURPOSE – purchase or value of real property. Roll call vote may be taken.

 

2. Executive Session #2 – Pursuant to M.G.L., c.30A, §21(a), Clause 7 – “To comply with, or act under the authority of, any general or special law or federal grant-in-aid requirements” – PURPOSE – Review, Approve and Consider the Release of Executive Session Minutes. Roll call vote may be taken.
