- Review draft minutes from January 15, 2026.
- Meet with representatives from the Sustainability Commission to discuss the proposed Specialized building code.
- Meet with Groton Housing Authority’s Executive Director regarding support for the Sandy Pond affordables (9 units of family rental housing).
- Update on the Housing Trust’s Community Preservation Committee (CPC) application for $300,000. On February 23, 2026, the CPC will take a final vote to recommend proposals and funding amounts to Town Meeting. On May 2, 2026, the Annual Town Meeting will meet to vote on the award of funds.
- Executive Session #1. Pursuant to G.L. Chapter 30A, §21(a), Clause 6 – “To consider the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property if the chair declares that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the public body.” – PURPOSE – purchase or value of real property. Roll call vote may be taken.
- Executive Session #2 – Pursuant to M.G.L., c.30A, §21(a), Clause 7 – “To comply with, or act under the authority of, any general or special law or federal grant-in-aid requirements” – PURPOSE – Review, Approve and Consider the Release of Executive Session Minutes. Roll call vote may be taken.
