The Personnel Subcommittee will meet on Monday, January 12, 2026 at
1:30 PM at the LRTA Administrative Office, 115 Thorndike Street, Lowell MA to discuss the contract of the LRTA Administrator, David Bradley.

- Executive Session – pursuant to G.L. c. 30A, sec. 21(a)(2) to conduct
strategy sessions in preparation for negotiations with nonunion
personnel or to conduct collective bargaining sessions or contract
negotiations with nonunion personnel – David Bradley, Administrator
- Adjournment
Personnel Subcommittee members are Mr. Tom Bomil, Ms. Donna Howard
and Mr. Mark Kratman.
