11:03 AM     Review and sign Motor Vehicle Excise abatements for December.

11: 05 AM    Review and Approve Chapter Land Application for FY2027, continued from December 12th meeting.

11: 15 AM    General Business Discussion- update on the office and discuss any new business.

11: 25 AM    Approve Meeting minutes from December 12th.

11: 30 AM   Enter into Executive Session to review and sign Exemptions and CPA abatements received as of the meeting date and to discuss.

11:45 AM     Discuss FY2026 Abatement Applications received as of meeting date in Executive Session.
