AGENDA

1. Meeting with Ken Martin (Executive Director of the Ayer Housing Authority) regarding the Groton Housing Authority.

 

2. Review draft minutes from September 23, 2025.

 

3. Review Mirick (Town Counsel) invoice dated October 7, 2025 for $52 for emails regarding housing project questions and research regarding same.

 

4. Discuss CPC verbal feedback received October 27, 2025 the Trust’s FY27 preliminary proposal.
5. Housing Coordinator update on Housing Production Plan and Fox Howe Groton permitting.

 

6. Executive Session #1. Pursuant to G.L. Chapter 30A, §21(a), Clause 6 – “To consider the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property if the chair declares that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the public body.” – PURPOSE – purchase or value of real property. Roll call vote may be taken.

 

7. Executive Session #2 – Pursuant to M.G.L., c.30A, §21(a), Clause 7 – “To comply with, or act under the authority of, any general or special law or federal grant-in-aid requirements” – PURPOSE – Review, Approve and Consider the Release of Executive Session Minutes. Roll call vote may be taken.
