  1.  Election of Officers:   Chair, Vice Chair, CPC Rep, Clerk

**5:00 PRESENTATION:   ACTIVITAS Update:   Megan Buczynski (30 min)

-(5 min) Review where project left off (current layout, overall cost, discussion on phasing and adjustments to the plan -taking design to the next level)

- (5 min) Review required next steps - resource area delineation / NHESP review; survey work; items need to bring the design to the next level in consideration of design and permitting for the future project(s)

- (10 min) Forming a Working Group and defining their role and method of reporting back - to me it makes sense to build on the previous working group and add additional representation from the Commission and User Group

- (10 min) Review expected outcomes / deliverables using the appropriated funding.  As part of this there should be a discussion about if we are “going back to the drawing board” at all, or if we should move forward with the program elements identified in the previous phase, knowing that there will be tweaks as we get further into design especially as we receive the existing conditions information noted above.
