In accordance with actions related to an extension to the remote meeting provisions of the Governor’s March 11, 2020, Executive Orders until June 30, 2027, and recent MRPC policy, this meeting will be a remote meeting. 

 

Log-in and location information are provided above and below.

 

Participants are required to register for this meeting in order to receive meeting connection information.  Please read the information provided below.

 

It is important that we obtain a quorum for this meeting in order to conduct appropriate MRPC business and actions.  As a Member or Alternate, please RSVP on or before May 8, 2025.

 

Please Note: In regard to public comment, members of the public may speak by utilizing the ‘Chat’ function through GoToMeeting. The MRPC Chair will call their name to recognize their comment or question.  Roll call votes using member names may be taken for all action items as a matter of public record.

3. All persons registering for meeting access will be admitted to the meeting.

MRPC utilizes GoToMeeting for its online meetings. MRPC staff will not be able to provide technical assistance concerning this meeting platform.
