7pm – Groton Town Hall – First Floor Meeting Room

1. Call meeting to order.
2. April minutes.
3. Updates from Town Meeting regarding 4 historic bucket CPC applications. Prescott School, Bancroft Castle, Williams Barn, Groton History Center.
4. Update regarding demo delay bylaw vote at Town Meeting.
5. Application for a Historical Commission endorsed historic marker for the Job Shattuck House. Vote may be taken.
6. Historical monuments/markers discussion.
7. FY25 funded CPC project updates:
   1. Bancroft Castle. Project will be complete on receipt of final report which hopefully will be in prior to this meeting.
   2. Historical mile marker project. First invoice approved by CPC.
8. Historical Plaque Program.
9. Digital storage project in cooperation with the Groton Public Library.
10. Addition of a Vice Chair and Clerk for HistComm. Seeking volunteers.  Vote may be taken.
11. Topics not anticipated within 48 hours of the meeting.
12. New business.
13. Adjourn
