This letter is to confirm the next meeting of the 2013 – 2014 School Council, which will take place on Thursday, February 6 at 4 PM in the MS North Conference Room.
The agenda for this meeting will be as follows:
1. Approval of January 9 minutes (attached)
2. FY 2015 Budget Update
3. Brainstorming Ideas for Goals – 2014 - 2017
4. Adjournment
The council assists the principal in:
1. Adopting educational policies for the school that are consistent with local educational policies and statewide student performance standards
2. Identifying the educational needs of students attending the school
3. Reviewing the annual school building budget
4. Formulating a School Improvement Plan
